Paused for the Summer: July Through September
Most public events at Jaybird Hammock Farm are paused July through September while we focus on our health, care for the animals, and plan for the future of the farm. Previously booked private events will continue as scheduled, and our Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga classes will still be offered on select dates throughout the summer. Our goal is to resume our regular public event schedule in October. Thank you for your support, understanding, and encouragement. 🌿🌙
*In the event of a weather postponement, we will attempt to move the meditation to Sunday of the same weekend (weather and schedule permitting), then the following scheduled event. Raincheck or refunds will be offered.
Experience a magical evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Jaybird Hammock Farm. 🌾✨
Relax to the soothing sounds of nature while immersing yourself in a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath beneath the moonlit sky. Let the tranquil vibes of the pine forest hammocks wash away stress and invite peace, balance, and connection with nature. 🌙💫
Upon arrival, gather by the pond firepit to await all guests. Enjoy refreshments, roast marshmallows by the fire 🔥, and feed the goats and donkeys 🐐🐴 farm-approved snacks while soaking in the peaceful evening atmosphere.
Once everyone has arrived, Tina Jenkins, owner of Jaybird Hammock Farm, will warmly welcome you and share a brief story of the farm and its mission.
We’ll then take a short, mindful 10-minute walk 🚶♀️ down a nature trail into the pine forest (about a 3/4 mi round trip). Along the way, you may be greeted by some of the farm’s friendly animals.
Upon reaching the pine forest hammocks 🌲, you’ll settle beneath the canopy of swaying pines for1 hour of guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath.
The total experience lasts 90–120 minutes, including gathering time, introductions, the walk, and meditation.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event start time to check in and sign a waiver.
Park at the barn and gather at the seating area near the pond. Be prepared to carry your belongings along the trail to the hammocks.
Bring anything that adds comfort — a blanket, pillow, water bottle, or small light source.
As an outdoor event, bug spray is recommended. 🪶
Attire is intentionally relaxed and comfort-centered. Pajamas, robes, and cozy, comfortable clothing are welcome and encouraged—dress in a way that allows your body to fully soften and rest. Please wear shoes appropriate for a ¾-mile round-trip walk along our natural trail to and from the pine forest hammock area.
